AI Frontier Conversations Terms

Participation terms for applying to, recording, reviewing, and publishing AI Frontier Conversations.

AI Frontier Conversations

AI Frontier Conversations exists to share useful experience and insight from the people building, adopting, and investing in AI. AIFN matches relevant AI leaders, operators, founders, investors, and practitioners with Conversation Leaders who can guide focused recorded discussions for the AIFN audience.

Selected conversations may be edited and published as articles, podcast episodes, YouTube videos, newsletter items, social posts, and short-form clips across AIFN media channels.

Definitions

AIFN means AI Frontier Network.

Participant means anyone taking part in the AI Frontier Conversations process, including Conversation Leaders, Featured Participants, assistants, PR representatives, or other authorized coordinators where relevant.

AIFN-produced assets means edited articles, clips, summaries, transcripts, audio, video, graphics, descriptions, or other materials AIFN prepares from or around a conversation.

Roles

Conversation Leader

A Conversation Leader guides the conversation. They ask questions, help keep the discussion focused, and use the AIFN-provided topic, brief, and suggested questions as the starting point while retaining independent judgment. Conversation Leaders may receive attribution, profile visibility, or an AIFN profile connected to published conversations where appropriate.

Featured Participant

A Featured Participant is the person whose work, perspective, company, or experience is being featured. They answer questions, share their perspective, and may receive a pre-publication review opportunity if AIFN prepares the conversation for release.

Independent Participation

Participants act independently and on their own behalf. Participation is an editorial opportunity, not an employment, contractor, agency, affiliate, joint venture, partnership, spokesperson, or work-for-hire relationship with AIFN unless separately agreed in writing. Participants are not authorized to make commitments on behalf of AIFN or represent themselves as affiliated with AIFN beyond their role in the program.

Editorial Direction

AIFN provides the conversation topic, editorial brief, suggested questions, and editorial direction for each conversation. These materials are based on the themes AIFN covers, the Featured Participant's experience or work, and what will be useful to the AIFN audience.

Conversation Leaders are expected to use the agreed topic, brief, and suggested questions as the basis for the discussion. They may ask follow-up questions and use independent judgment, but should keep the conversation broadly aligned with the provided editorial direction unless AIFN agrees otherwise.

AIFN retains full editorial authority over what is selected, edited, prepared, and published through AIFN channels. AIFN may decline to publish, remove material, or stop preparing a conversation for publication based on editorial judgment, quality standards, audience fit, legal or reputational considerations, or other internal standards.

Matching, Scheduling, and Communication

AIFN may suggest conversation opportunities by matching a potential Conversation Leader with a potential Featured Participant based on the topic, editorial fit, availability, and expected audience value. Conversation Leader applications are reviewed for editorial fit, relevant experience, and ability to conduct useful, non-promotional conversations. A suggested match is not confirmed until both sides agree to proceed.

Before a match is confirmed, AIFN may share limited public or professional information, such as names, roles, companies, bios, LinkedIn profiles, or relevant work, so each side can evaluate the opportunity. AIFN does not share private contact details before both sides agree to proceed.

After both sides confirm, AIFN may share the Conversation Leader's scheduling link, meeting details, and any contact information reasonably needed to coordinate the confirmed conversation. The Featured Participant, their assistant, PR representative, or another authorized coordinator may use that scheduling link, or another scheduling process agreed by the parties, to book the conversation.

Participants should not contact each other directly outside the AIFN coordination process before a match is confirmed. After a conversation is confirmed, direct communication should remain limited to scheduling, preparing for, conducting, or following up on that conversation unless both sides clearly agree otherwise.

Participants should not use introductions, scheduling links, recordings, or related communications to pitch products or services, solicit business, recruit, or contact the other party outside the AIFN process unless AIFN has introduced them for that purpose or both sides have clearly agreed. This helps protect privacy and keeps scheduling, consent, and editorial coordination clear.

If a participant misses a scheduled conversation, AIFN is not responsible for the missed meeting, lost time, or any resulting delay. The parties may choose to reschedule, but AIFN does not guarantee that a missed conversation will be rescheduled or published. If a participant repeatedly misses scheduled conversations, fails to communicate, or otherwise disrupts the process, AIFN may pause, stop, or decline future matches, scheduling, promotion, or participation opportunities for that participant.

Recording and Publication Process

Conversations are typically recorded by the Conversation Leader unless the parties agree otherwise. By default, the Conversation Leader is responsible for choosing and operating their recording setup, obtaining the recording, and submitting usable conversation materials to AIFN. AIFN does not provide recording tools, accounts, or technical support by default.

An application is only an expression of interest. It allows AIFN to review the opportunity and, where appropriate, coordinate with the applicant or an authorized representative, but does not by itself confirm participation or authorize recording.

Recording is confirmed separately with the people participating in the conversation. Once a Conversation Leader records or submits conversation materials, AIFN may review, edit, and prepare those materials for publication.

Application, matching, or recording does not guarantee that AIFN will publish a conversation. If AIFN prepares a conversation for publication, AIFN will normally provide the Featured Participant with a review window before release as described below.

Content Rights and Publication License

When conversation materials are recorded, submitted, or provided to AIFN, participants grant AIFN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, transcribe, edit, process, and prepare those materials for editorial review and possible publication.

If the Featured Participant confirms publication, or does not request withdrawal during the stated review window, that license also allows AIFN to publish, distribute, display, excerpt, clip, promote, syndicate, and archive the conversation and related AIFN-produced assets across AIFN-controlled websites, newsletters, podcast/video channels, social channels, and other AIFN media surfaces.

Participants retain ownership of their pre-existing materials, ideas, trademarks, logos, and background intellectual property. This license does not transfer ownership of a participant's underlying business, ideas, products, services, or pre-existing content to AIFN.

Attribution and Republication

Participants may share and quote from the published conversation and may republish reasonable excerpts, provided they do not misrepresent the context and, where practical, credit AI Frontier Network and link to the AIFN-published version.

AIFN-produced assets, including edited articles, clips, summaries, transcripts, audio, video, graphics, descriptions, and other prepared materials, should not be republished in full, rebranded, or repurposed as another publication's original asset without AIFN credit or prior written permission, unless AIFN has made that asset publicly available for embedding, sharing, or syndication.

AI-First Editing and Production

AIFN uses an AI-first production workflow. Standard editorial processing may use AI-assisted tools to transcribe, summarize, structure, edit, caption, clip, format, and prepare conversation content for publication.

Standard processing is designed to create useful publishable assets efficiently, such as articles, clips, summaries, newsletter features, podcast/video assets, and social posts.

Human review may be used for quality control, editorial judgment, or selected conversations, but full human editing, extensive manual revisions, special formatting, participant-specific production requests, or additional custom editing are not included by default.

Requests for additional human editing, custom revisions, special formatting, or participant-specific production work may be declined or offered as a paid service. AIFN will not knowingly fabricate quotes or intentionally alter the substantive meaning of a participant's statements.

Review, Withdrawal, and Removal Requests

Before publishing a conversation, AIFN will normally send the Featured Participant a review message with draft materials or release details and a response deadline. During that review window, the Featured Participant may request reasonable edits, removals, description updates, or ask AIFN not to publish their participation.

AIFN will review requested changes and may use its AI-assisted production workflow to address them where practical. Requested changes are handled under the AI-first production model described above.

If the Featured Participant is not satisfied with the prepared materials or AIFN cannot address the requested changes in a practical way, the Featured Participant may ask AIFN not to publish their participation during the review window. If AIFN does not hear back by the stated deadline, AIFN may go ahead and schedule the release.

Conversation Leaders are not automatically included in this review window unless AIFN separately agrees. After publication, removal requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Data and Contact

Contact information you provide is used to coordinate your participation in the program. AIFN may use service providers, including hosted form and submission tools such as Limial, to collect, process, and manage applications, contact details, scheduling, review messages, and publication updates. AIFN will not sell your contact details or share them with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Authorized assistants, PR representatives, or other coordinators may provide or manage contact information on behalf of a Featured Participant or Conversation Leader. AIFN may also ask participants for feedback about the conversation process, match quality, scheduling experience, published materials, or overall satisfaction. This feedback may be used to improve matching, editorial operations, participant experience, and future program decisions. To opt out or request deletion of your information, contact AIFN directly at the address on this site.

Updates to These Terms

AIFN may update these participation terms from time to time. When terms change materially, AIFN will update the version date below and may notify active participants directly. Updated terms apply prospectively. For active participants, AIFN may ask for renewed confirmation when changes materially affect recording, publication, or participant obligations. If you have questions about these terms, contact AIFN before participating.
