AI Frontier Conversations Terms

AI Frontier Conversations is a curated, peer-to-peer recorded conversation series produced by AI Frontier Network (AIFN). We introduce two equal participants — credible people building, adopting, investing in, studying, or governing AI — for a focused recorded discussion, and publish selected conversations across AIFN media channels.

In this program both people are equal participants. There is no fixed host and guest. Participation is curated and selective: applying does not guarantee a match, and recording a conversation does not guarantee publication. Please read these terms before you confirm a conversation.

AI Frontier Conversations pairs two equal participants for a recorded conversation. There is no mandatory host and guest: both participants share the conversation, and both hold the same rights and responsibilities under these terms — including the review window before publication and the content license described below.

AIFN provides a shared topic, a discussion brief, and suggested questions as a starting point. Participants may use independent judgment and ask their own questions while keeping the conversation broadly aligned with the agreed topic.

Participants act independently and on their own behalf. Participation is an editorial opportunity, not an employment, contractor, agency, affiliate, joint venture, partnership, spokesperson, or work-for-hire relationship with AIFN unless separately agreed in writing. Participants are not authorized to make commitments on behalf of AIFN or to represent themselves as affiliated with AIFN beyond their role in the program. Participation does not imply AIFN's endorsement of a participant, and publication does not imply endorsement of a participant's views, organization, or work.

1. Application. Anyone may apply, directly or through an authorized representative such as a PR contact or executive assistant. By applying and accepting these terms, you authorize AIFN to review your application and to use the limited professional profile information in it (name, title, organization, LinkedIn, areas of expertise, and the topics you submit) for matchmaking, including sharing that profile with a proposed conversation partner as part of a match proposal. Private contact details are not shared. A representative, such as a PR contact or executive assistant, may apply and act on your behalf, as described under Representatives below. An application is an expression of interest only; selection is at AIFN's editorial discretion and does not guarantee a match, recording, or publication.

2. Match acceptance. AIFN may propose a specific conversation partner and topic. Each participant, or their authorized representative, independently accepts or declines. Declining does not remove you from the program. Contact details needed to arrange the conversation are exchanged only after both participants accept.

3. Recording and publication. After mutual acceptance, the participants arrange and record the conversation, submit the recording to AIFN, and follow the editorial review and publication process described below. Confirming participation in a recorded conversation, including by joining it after recording has been announced, constitutes agreement to recording under these terms.

An authorized representative, such as a PR contact or executive assistant, may apply for a participant, share their professional profile information, and accept or decline a proposed conversation on their behalf. By doing so, the representative confirms that they are authorized to act for the participant. AIFN may ask the participant to confirm directly where authority is unclear.

A representative cannot give recording consent for the participant. Recording consent is given by the participant themselves, by joining the recorded conversation after recording has been announced.

AIFN may propose a conversation by matching two participants based on topic, editorial fit, seniority, availability, and expected audience value. Matching is manual and editorial, curated by AIFN's team.

In a match proposal, AIFN shares only limited professional profile information from the application — such as name, title, organization, LinkedIn, and areas of expertise — with the proposed partner, so each side can evaluate the opportunity. AIFN does not share private contact details before both sides accept.

A proposed match is not confirmed until both participants independently accept. Either participant may decline, and declining a proposed match does not remove a participant from the program — they remain eligible for future matches.

After both sides confirm, AIFN may share the information reasonably needed to coordinate the confirmed conversation, such as a scheduling link and meeting details. Participants should not contact each other outside the AIFN coordination process before a match is confirmed, and should not use introductions, scheduling links, recordings, or related communications to pitch, solicit, or recruit unless both sides clearly agree. If a participant misses a scheduled conversation, AIFN is not responsible for the missed meeting or any resulting delay; the parties may reschedule, but AIFN does not guarantee that a missed conversation will be rescheduled or published. If a participant repeatedly misses scheduled conversations or disrupts the process, AIFN may pause or decline future matches for that participant.

Participants record the conversation themselves, remotely. AIFN provides a short conversation brief and recording guidance in advance; we recommend Riverside for quality and accept Zoom. The participants agree between them who records; that participant is responsible for capturing the conversation and submitting it to AIFN.

Recording consent. Confirming your participation in a recorded conversation, including by joining it after recording has been announced, constitutes your agreement to the conversation being recorded, in audio and video, under these program terms. Recording must be announced before it begins: the recording participant states that recording is starting, and recording begins only when both participants confirm they are ready. If either participant does not wish to be recorded, the conversation does not proceed or recording stops.

Submission. The recording participant submits the recording to AIFN through the upload link or method AIFN provides, normally within one week of recording. Before submitting, the participants may agree to remove any segment either of them does not want published; anything not intended for publication should be removed before submission.

Participants are responsible for the material they submit. AIFN prepares editorial content and derived media assets from the submitted materials. These may present the full conversation or feature content from a single participant.

Before publishing, AIFN sends the participants featured in the prepared content a review message with the materials or release details and a response deadline, typically one week. During the review window a participant may request factual corrections, removal of specific segments, or ask AIFN not to publish their participation. If AIFN does not receive a response by the deadline, AIFN may proceed with publication.

AIFN reviews requests under its editorial standards and will honor requests that protect personal safety, correct factual errors, or address content a participant did not intend to put on record. AIFN may decline requests that would materially alter the substance of the conversation. Application, matching, or recording does not guarantee that AIFN will publish a conversation.

When conversation materials are recorded, submitted, or provided to AIFN, each participant equally grants AIFN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, transcribe, edit, process, and prepare those materials for editorial review and possible publication.

Once the review window has closed without a withdrawal request (or the participant approves publication earlier), that license also allows AIFN to publish, distribute, display, excerpt, clip, promote, syndicate, and archive the conversation and related AIFN-produced assets across AIFN-controlled websites, newsletters, podcast/video channels, social channels, and other AIFN media surfaces.

Participants retain ownership of their pre-existing materials, ideas, trademarks, logos, and background intellectual property. This license does not transfer ownership of a participant's underlying business, ideas, products, services, or pre-existing content to AIFN.

Participants may share and quote from the published conversation and may republish reasonable excerpts, provided they do not misrepresent the context and, where practical, credit AI Frontier Network and link to the AIFN-published version.

AIFN-produced assets, including edited articles, clips, summaries, transcripts, audio, video, graphics, descriptions, and other prepared materials, should not be republished in full, rebranded, or repurposed as another publication's original asset without AIFN credit or prior written permission, unless AIFN has made that asset publicly available for embedding, sharing, or syndication.

AIFN uses an AI-first production workflow. Standard editorial processing may use AI-assisted tools to transcribe, summarize, structure, edit, caption, clip, format, and prepare conversation content for publication into useful assets such as articles, clips, summaries, newsletter features, podcast/video assets, and social posts.

Human review may be used for quality control, editorial judgment, or selected conversations, but full human editing, extensive manual revisions, special formatting, or participant-specific production requests are not included by default and may be declined or offered as a paid service. AIFN will not knowingly fabricate quotes or intentionally alter the substantive meaning of a participant's statements.

Participation is curated and editorial. AIFN retains full editorial authority over what is selected, edited, prepared, and published, and may decline to propose a match, decline to publish a conversation, or remove a conversation from distribution based on editorial judgment, quality standards, audience fit, or legal or reputational considerations.

Withdrawal. A participant may withdraw from the program, or withdraw a specific unpublished conversation during its review window, by contacting AIFN. Withdrawal after publication is handled case by case under AIFN's editorial standards. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally; AIFN may decline to publish, or remove from distribution, any conversation that does not meet these standards.

Contact information you provide is used to coordinate your participation. Limited professional profile information from your application is used for matchmaking and shared only with proposed conversation partners, as described above. AIFN may use service providers, including hosted form and submission tools such as Limial, to collect and manage applications, contact details, scheduling, review messages, and publication updates. AIFN will not sell your contact details or share them with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

An authorized assistant, PR representative, or other coordinator may submit and manage information on behalf of a participant, as described under Representatives. To opt out or request deletion of your information, contact AIFN directly at the address on this site.

AIFN may update these participation terms from time to time. When terms change materially, AIFN will update the version date below and may notify active participants directly. Updated terms apply prospectively. For active participants, AIFN may ask for renewed confirmation when changes materially affect recording, publication, or participant obligations.
