How Matching Works

A structured process — no cold outreach, no guesswork

1. Receive Opportunities

AIFN sends you curated guest matches based on your topics, city, and availability.

2. Accept or Decline

Review each match and indicate interest. No pressure to accept every opportunity.

3. Guest Approves

The guest selects their preferred host. Both sides have a say in the match.

4. AIFN Introduces

Once confirmed, AIFN sends an intro email with both parties, a conversation brief, and recording instructions.

Requirements

What we look for in host applicants

Credibility & Topic Focus

Professional experience in AI or adjacent fields. Clear topics you can credibly host conversations about.

Calendar Link & Availability

A working calendar booking link (Calendly, Cal.com, etc.) and reliable availability for scheduled recordings.

Recording Ability & Reliability

Ability to record a conversation (Zoom, Riverside, etc.) and follow through on confirmed matches.
