Alongside his technical knowledge, Jon’s time living and working across Asia has shaped his approach to building diverse, global teams and leading innovation in financial services.

In this episode, Jon shares how his early interests in strategy games and web development naturally led him to entrepreneurship, and how traveling abroad opened his eyes to the value of global talent in fintech.
